///Every year in October Eindhoven organizes a rapidly growing design-event. The city is the inspiring platform for the seventh large-scale annual Dutch Design Week. This year the Dutch Design Week (also known as the ‘DDW’) will take place from October 18 - 26.
Last year Dutch Design Week (DDW) drew more than 55.000 visitors to Eindhoven. With around 130 different initiatives in more than 40 locations, DDW is growing steadily. Currently, the event represents 800 designers from design disciplines such as product design, textile and fashion design, graphic design, spatial design, design management and trends. DDW is geared to the public at large but also to designers, companies and educational institutes. This makes the design event the perfect meeting place to gain and exchange new ideas.
